As part of a MOA for the East Reservoir Dam Improvements Project and a separate MOA for the North Reservoir Dam Improvements Project at Portage Lakes State Park, Kramb designed 24"H x 36"W display boards presenting the history of Ohio's Canal-Era, Portage Lakes, and East Reservoir and North Reservoir, respectively.

As part of a MOA for the East Reservoir Dam Imrprovements Project, Kramb researched and wrote a historic context report covering the period of East Reservoir and Portage Lakes from the end of the canal era through the development of the Portage Lakes State Park facilities in the 1960s.

Kramb updated the original 1976 National Register of Historic Places Nomination Form for Kingwood Center, the circa 1926 estate of Charles Kelley King designed by architect Clarence Mack and landscape architects Pitkin & Mott.
Augspurger Amish/Mennonite Settlement Multiple Resource Area
Butler County, Ohio
As part of a MOA developed in light of demolishing a NRHP listed property belonging to the Augspurger Amish/Mennonite Settlement, Kramb updated the Ohio Historic Inventory forms for 17 properties listed on the NRHP in 1984 as part of a Mennonite settlement that prospered in Butler County between about 1820 and 1880.
